Provencal new potatoes
The cloves of garlic are cooked with the skin still on (but broken) to protect the garlic from burning or drying out. The skin also helped cry Joe baked garlic is different, so that if an individual wants to eat garlic, it can be avoided. You can remove the skin before serving, or leave it is remove once served.
1 Preheat oven to 400 F
2 all folders (with the exception of Chives) into a bowl and toss with your hands (clean) to oil and spices.
3 Spread the layers in a roasting pan.
4 Gave Cook the potatoes in the oven, at 400 F for fifteen minutes. Then we 375, and cook for 30 to 40 minutes more, until the onions and tomatoes are slightly caramelized and through cooked potatoes. In the middle of cooking, stir the potatoes, so they are well coated with oil and dried out and the bottom of the basin is coated with oil.
5 to remove from the oven and let sit until cool to room temperature.
Sprinkle with freshly chopped Chives to serve. Excellent steaks and the Green Party. (You can throw fresh spinach or beet leaves with oil in the Pan and baking potatoes back into the oven, just a few minutes, than the Plains.)
